Spring & Fall ..... $100-$130/night (4/1 to 6/1)(9/15 to 11/15)
Summer & Winter ..... $150/night (2 night minimum)
Most Holidays ..... $185/night (2 night minimum)
Christmas Holiday ..... $225/night (5 night minimum)
New Years Holiday ..... $300/night (5 night minimum)
     
$90 depature cleaning fee
10% tax and a Security/Damage deposit are required in addition to the nightly rate
